Free Eisenhower Priority Matrix

Sort your to-do list into Do Now, Schedule, Delegate, and Delete by dragging tasks into the quadrant where they belong.

What this does: lets you type in tasks and drag them into a 2x2 grid based on urgency and importance, the classic Eisenhower method for deciding what to act on now versus what to schedule, delegate, or drop. Everything runs in your browser and saves to local storage automatically, no signup required.

No tasks yet — add one above, then drag it into a quadrant.

Do Now

Urgent & important

    Schedule

    Important, not urgent

      Delegate

        Delete

          Frequently asked questions

Is this Eisenhower Matrix tool free and does it require an account?

Yes, it's completely free with no signup. Add tasks and drag them into a quadrant, all directly in your browser.

What do the four quadrants mean?

Do Now is for urgent and important tasks, Schedule is for important tasks that aren't urgent yet, Delegate is for urgent tasks that aren't important enough for your direct attention, and Delete is for tasks that are neither, the classic Eisenhower decision matrix.

Is my task list saved anywhere?

Your tasks are saved only in your browser's local storage on this device, so they're still there next time you visit, but they're never uploaded to a server or shared.
