Are my checked items and custom additions saved?

Yes. Your ticked items, custom additions and last settings are stored in your browser's localStorage on this device only. Nothing is uploaded. Using a different device or browser, or clearing your browsing data, starts you with a fresh list.

Can I print the checklist or use it offline?

Yes. The Print button opens your browser's print dialog, so you can print on paper or save the checklist as a PDF. Because everything runs in your browser, the tool also works offline once the page has loaded, and nothing is sent to a server.
