Each topic has an owner and a duration in minutes; the tool adds up the total time and calculates a running start time for every topic based on the meeting's start time. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is uploaded.

How are the start times for each topic calculated?

The first topic begins at the start time you enter. Each following topic starts when the previous one ends, so a 09:00 start with a 5-minute intro schedules the next topic at 09:05. The meeting end time equals the start time plus the total of all topic durations.

Is my meeting information saved or shared anywhere?

No. The agenda is generated entirely on your device and is only kept in your browser's local storage so it is still there when you return. Nothing is sent to a server, and you can copy it as text or print and save it as a PDF whenever you like.
