Net Worth Calculator

List what you own and what you owe to see your net worth in seconds. Nothing leaves your browser.

What this does: adds up your assets (cash, savings, investments, property, vehicles) and subtracts your liabilities (mortgage, loans, credit cards) to show your net worth. It can be positive or negative, updates as you type, and saves your entries in your own browser. No signup, no server upload.

Frequently asked questions

How is net worth calculated?

Net worth is the total value of everything you own (assets) minus everything you owe (liabilities). Add up cash, savings, investments, retirement accounts, and the current market value of property and vehicles, then subtract mortgages, loans, and credit card balances. The result is your net worth.

Can my net worth be negative?

Yes. If your liabilities are larger than your assets, your net worth is negative. This is common for people early in their careers or with large student loans or a new mortgage, and it typically improves over time as debts are paid down and assets grow.

Are my numbers saved or uploaded anywhere?

No. All calculation happens in your browser and nothing is sent to any server. Your entries are saved only in this browser's local storage on your own device so they are still there when you return, and you can clear them any time with the Reset button.
